AN INTRODUCTION TO A key result of the acquisition is that we've added a best-in-class policy solution—now known as Ventiv Policy. In announcing the acquisition, Ventiv CEO Bill Diaz noted that in his nearly two years leading the company, many of Ventiv's claims-administration system clients had expressed their hope that Ventiv would offer a policy- administration solution. With Ventiv Policy, we now offer a policy solution that meets all the key criteria for Ventiv customers as well as prospective clients: » Market longevity: Ventiv Policy is a hardened, proven solution, having been on the market for more than 20 years. » Supports numerous coverage lines across P&C: Ventiv Policy supports many lines of business including: Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Property, AL/APD, E&O, D&O, and Medical Professional Liability. » Recently updated on the latest technology: About three years ago, Ventiv Policy was completely rebuilt using state-of-the- art technology. Ventiv now offers the two critical solutions that claims organizations often want to get from the same vendor: claims and policy. We offer Ventiv Policy as both a standalone and an integrated-with-Ventiv- Claims solution. Where Ventiv Policy excels As insurers sharpen their focus (and investments) on growth and efficiency, the underwriting aspect of policy administration is becoming increasingly more important. In December 2018, Ventiv announced the acquisition of DAVID Corporation, a leading provider of policy, claims, and risk management solutions for the property and casualty insurance marketplace. We made the acquisition with the goal of enhancing our product capabilities and improving our competitive position in several important markets. 16 | 3SIXTY ° VENTIV TECHNOLOGY
