GROWING PRODUCT LINEUP In April 2018, we introduced Ventiv RPA (robotic process automation), an exciting new approach to automating manual processes and integrating disparate applications and systems. RPA is a proven technology already in wide use across sectors and industries. Ventiv RPA is currently in use with our clients for everything from certificate management to claim assignment. Later in 2019, Ventiv will release significant new analytics capabilities. There will be more on this to come soon, but we can't wait to unveil the new Ventiv analytics cloud; through this private cloud, we'll give customers secure access to large amounts of relevant big data. With more data to factor in, our predictive analytics tools in Ventiv IRM, Claims, and Policy will be more powerful and effective than ever. NEW DATA CENTER In 2018, we began the implementation of a multimillion-dollar, top-to-bottom rebuild of our primary and secondary U.S. data centers. We're doing this so Ventiv customers can get the enhanced speed and reliability of all-new, technologically current data-center hardware and network gear—that is, the storage devices, switches, servers, and firewalls that make Ventiv products work.
