Using Ventiv Policy, organizations can coordinate new business, renewals, and mid-year changes among clients, members/agents, and carriers. A thoroughly integrated CRM platform manages member and agent outgoing electronic communications; the CRM also accommodates on-the-fly annotations after discussions with members. Multi-quote summaries resolve open quotes when they are bound. Multi-quotes summaries also provide recommendation reporting via dashboards and other reporting functionality. Invoices, forms, reports, and other attachments are all available through the Policy Portal.
