claim. With Ventiv RPA, bots review documents and,
using optical-character recognition (OCR), identify the
relevant identifiers that link a document to a claim.
» Straight-through claim processing: Based on the
criteria established by the claim organization, Ventiv RPA
processes claims for straight-through processing and
closure. This kind of claim processing is especially useful
for low-cost, medical-only claims.
» Automated claims assignment: Ventiv RPA can
automatically assign claims based on a claims
organization's specific rules. Claims can be assigned to
factor in the adjuster's current caseload; the claimant's
and adjuster's zip code; the adjuster's availability based
on vacation time scheduled or other absences; and/or
