Implementation methodology We have a proven implementation process that starts within a reasonable time from the date of execution of the contract and includes the following steps: 1. Kick-off and Initiation 2. Understanding Client Workflow and Analysis of the workflow 3. List Configuration/customization requirements and their validation/verification by the client 4. Execution of Configuration/customization requirements 5. Data Conversion and Data Cleansing 6. Functional and System integration testing 7. User Acceptance Testing by the Client team 8. Deployment, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live activities. Technology Overview The entire solution is hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud. The solution utilizes tools and features available on Microsoft Azure to meet certain requirements and functionalities. The solution also utilizes Power BI and Power Apps for its Analytics features and capabilities. As the entire solution is cloud-based, the Client need not procure any additional servers or products.
