Implementation Methodology Ventiv utilizes an agile approach to implementation and is focused on delivering solutions to support our clients' success. Ventiv works collaboratively with our customers to understand critical success factors, current processes and business goals. Ventiv ensures transparency with all components of the implementation. Our approach includes a formalized project plan, status reports, specifications and sign-off on all deliverables. All tasks are measurable with KPIs in place to ensure we deliver to expectations.
