4 0 | 360º Aon eSolutions At the Aon eSolutions Client Advisory Board's (CAB) second annual meeting, held at the 2011 Experience Conference in Miami this past October, the CAB reported on several areas of progress for both iVOS and RiskConsole. Discussions ranged from progress and updates on new product initiatives, in order to obtain feedback, to communications internal within the CAB and externally from the CAB to the Aon eSolutions client base. The results of the work done during the past year by both the iVOS and RiskConsole CAB working groups were showcased throughout the client conference sessions. "The CAB discussions are a way of talking through real life details of a particular facet of either iVOS or RiskConsole in a relaxed and informal way that facilitates problem solving," said Ritza Vaughn, director, Aon eSolutions and co-chair of the CAB. "We've taken away a great deal of valuable information from the discussions, and clients are able to share tips for making their work more efficient as well." On the innovation front, CAB members are at the forefront of beta testing with new products and enhancements such as integrating mobile access for RiskConsole and building out the configuration tool for iVOS. "CAB members have been instrumental in pinpointing areas where we need to concentrate our efforts to streamline for efficiency and clarity," noted Phillip Lucas, director, Aon eSolutions and co-chair of the CAB. CAB sessions focused on business needs as well as on seeking validation of new product requirements, Vaughn said. "We value the contribution of this client group in giving us feedback that helps us in the development of products and enhancements that will best fit the needs of all of our clients." "Not only do CAB members keep us on track as far as industry trends," added Lucas, "they also help us establish priorities for upcoming initiatives to hone our future roadmap." ≥ aon 360º expert vieW: client advisory board update to represent market segments within the insurance, risk management and safety industries and act in an advisory capacity with aon esolutions executives and product management. thE CAB'S oBjECtivE: NEEDS PrioritiES trENDS CliENt ADviSory BoArD
