I think this edition of 360˚ offers illuminating documentation of our commitment to enabling our clients to succeed on their terms. Once again in this edition, we feature five client profiles representing a wide range of industries and regions. I'm excited to introduce a new kind of case study in this edition: the "Where Are They Now?" profile. On page 22, Catholic Healthcare West shares its story of how it has expanded and enhanced its utilization of Aon eSolutions products and services since being profiled in 2008. With this issue of 360˚, as in all of our interactions with you, we intend to demonstrate that we are more than the sum of our products and services. By that I mean that we focus primarily on doing whatever it takes to help our clients generate the positive results they've identified and expect as a result of their engagement with us. Which, in closing, leads me to our feature story, beginning on page 4, on new and forthcoming products and services.
