e launch of the Aon eSolutions Client Advisory Board (CAB),
held in September in Phoenix in conjunction with the annual Aon
eSolutions client Experience Conference, was met with enthusiasm
by both client participants and Aon eSolutions executives. Since
then, there have been productive individual meetings of the iVOS
side of the CAB and the RiskConsole-focused CAB as well as
combined quarterly meetings.

"We were excited to gather a select
and representative group of our clients to tap into how we can
best help them, and all of our clients, meet their present and future
risk and insurance technology needs," said Kathy Burns, CEO of
Aon eSolutions. "In short, we want to hear what is working, what
needs improvement and where they would like to see us head in
the future."

Members of the CAB were selected and invited to join
based on several criteria. Jennifer Turner, senior vice president of
global product management at Aon eSolutions, explained, "We
wanted a representative group from the perspective of users and
markets in order to present and test out our future strategies, get
constructive and specific feedback and implement development
and enhancements that will benefit our entire client base."
