Members: At the most basic level, members rely on their pools to secure coverage. Member needs mirror those of administrators, but from a different perspective. Members can access RiskConsole, provided by administrators as a value-added feature, in these important areas: 1. Entering and updating exposures: RiskConsole empowers members to communicate their exposure to the pool efficiently and accurately, whether detailed information on a property exposure or summary information for workers' compensation coverage. 2. Receiving and processing invoices: RiskConsole streamlines member receipt of contribution statements (the member cost of transferring the risk) from the pool administrator. 3. Requesting certificates: Through RiskConsole, members can enter certificates of coverage criteria for incoming certificates as well as request certificates of coverage from the pool administrator. 4. Reporting claims: For members actively involved in monitoring claims and working with TPAs on those claims, RiskConsole helps members track the financials of a claim as it pierces the different levels of financial responsibility. 5. Participating in loss-control initiatives: For members participating in safety and loss-control initiatives, RiskConsole is an efficient conduit for managing these mutually beneficial programs.
