14 FAQ Registration Fees The full registration fee for the Experience Conference is $1085. This year's registration deadline is Friday, August 15th. Attendees registering after the deadline will incur a $100 per person late fee to their registration. Registration closes on Friday, September 5th. Along with the general, breakout and hands-on sessions, your Experience conference fee includes: § Golf Outing, The Roots of Jazz Tour or National World War II Museum on Monday afternoon § Welcome Reception on Monday evening § Morning Activity on Tuesday and Wednesday § Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Tuesday § Tuesday evening entertainment § Breakfast and lunch on Wednesday § Refreshments throughout the Conference Guests A special guest package will be offered that entitles your guest to attend the Golf outing for $125, The Roots of Jazz Tour for $125 and the National World War II for $25. In addition guests are welcome to the Tuesday dinner and entertainment night for a fee of $150. Please indicate on the registration form if a guest will accompany you to any of the events. Since alcoholic beverages will be provided at the Tuesday night function, children are not permitted. Guests are not permitted access to any sessions, breakfasts or lunches, or any other activities that are reserved for attendees with full event registration. Cancellation/Substitution Policy Cancellation requests must be in writing and submitted on or before Friday, August 29th for a full refund. No refunds will apply to cancellations received after Friday, August 29th. Substitutions from within the same company will be permitted if requested in writing. Special Needs Please indicate on the registration form if you have any special dietary needs or other special requirements. Conference Attire Resort casual attire is appropriate for all Experience Conference sessions and events. You may utilize this rate for 3 days before and 3 days after the Conference, pending availability. Please be sure to book early. This special rate expires on Sunday, August 31, 2014! Reservations must be made by the stated cut-off date to ensure room rate and availability. To change your reservation or to cancel, please contact the hotel directly.
