Registration Fees:
This year's registration fee for the Experience conference is £595
early bird which expires on the 30th August. Thereafter the standard
fee of £695 applies.
Your experience fee includes:
§ Training, lunch, welcome reception and entertainment on
Wednesday
§ Lunch and evening dinner on Thursday
§ Lunch on Friday
§ Refreshments throughout the conference
Conference Attire:
Business casual attire is appropriate for all Experience Conference
sessions and events.

We have reserved rooms for the special room rate of Eur 106
per night for single occupancy and Eur 118 per night for double
occupancy. This rate includes breakfast. VAT at 15% is not included.
These rates are available for stays 3 days prior to start of conference
and 3 days after the conference subject to availability.
Check in time is 15.00 / Check out time is 12.00

Transportation:
Shuttle Service:
There is a shuttle service from the airport by a private company,
Cedaz. The stop of this shuttle is right in front of the hotel (V Celnici
street) at CZK 150. More information can be found on http://www.

Car Service:
The Prague Marriott offers the hotel car service at 890 CZK from
the airport to the hotel and 790 CZK from the hotel to the airport.
The package of both (airport pick up and drop off) is available at a
discounted price of 1500 CZK. If you wish to use this service please
arrange the airport pickup/drop off with your travel details directly to
the concierge (mhrs.prgdt.concierge@marriotthotels.com,
+420 222 888 802).
Taxi:
Taxi from the aiport to the hotel is approximately CZK 650.
The Prague Marriott is 11 miles from Vaclav Havel Airport Prague.
The journey time by car is approximately 20-40 minutes depending
on traffic.
Special Needs:

dietary needs or other special requirements.
