The new technology means that, instead of claims being laboriously processed, reports are captured into an online incident reporting directly. This measure has been very successful. Hotel owners and managers use the portal to look at their hotel's risk, safety, insurance and claim priorities, "enabling smart decisions, with the safety of hotel colleagues in mind." Not only has this resulted in better, more responsive customer service but it also has had a significant impact on their net savings.
