Using Diagnostics to Drive Risk Management: How Questionnaires Can Help Assess Complex Risks and Target Risk Management Activity This session, designed for insurance and risk managers, will look at how diagnostic questionnaires can be used to assess complex risks like cyber and supply chain. By using scored questionnaires to grade risk levels across your organization, it will show how this can highlight the areas with higher risk levels and warrant focused attention. Advanced Security Training (iVOS): Create a More Secure System This session is a follow-up to a recent security training webinar for iVOS clients and is intended for iVOS system administrators or any iVOS user interested in improving the security of their system. The session will cover complex, compound and conditional security expressions; query restrictions; table restrictions; reporter restrictions and guest links. Among the skills attendees will learn is how to reduce errors by making users unable to select invalid options; attendees will also learn how to allow other types of users access to the system to see and change only what the client wants them to access (this will provide you the ability to give your clients more transparency). iVOS Dashboarding Best Practices: Building Effective Dashboards in Claims Intelligence Attendees will learn best practices for building effective dashboards in iVOS using Ventiv Claims Intelligence. We will look at real-life examples, including some cases demonstrating non-traditional capabilities. This session is designed for all iVOS users interested in using dashboards to display important data. Attendees will learn tips and tricks and gain inspiration for creating their own custom iVOS dashboards.
