Our customer-focused tools and services meet the evolving data and analytic needs of our customers. e-CARMA provides a highly customized and personalized user experience to manage data and conduct analysis of your risk portfolio. Claim, managed care, risk control, policy, customer-specific, billing and exposure information are integrated into e-CARMA in a highly secured and controlled environment that is re- certified annually. OSHA recordkeeping is integrated into e-CARMA with a full-service option. e-CARMA is designed with direct involvement of our customers which results in an intuitive, customer-centric experience.
