Automating Workflows in RiskConsole RiskConsole saves time for risk management teams by streamlining workflows and making data entry more efficient as well as improving communications through automatic email notifications. Among the workflows that riskConsole can automate: • Alerting broker and/or underwriter when a location is added • Alerting an underwriter when location information is updated, prompting a review of coverage • Alerting a risk manager when a location is changed (prompting, among other updates, changes to the list of medical providers) • Notice of specific claim types being added in specific locations or regions • Alerting a risk manager when incurred value changes by more than a designated amount By setting automatic notifications for identified events, RiskConsole enables users to effortlessly and consistently keep staff informed of changes that require action.
