360º | Aon eSolutions 9 Looking Ahead: Feature 4 Looking Ahead: Feature 5 Future Priorities: Feature 1 Future Priorities: Areas of Focus for Products and Services to Meet Evolving Client Needs The rapid pace of technological change, combined with the ever- evolving range of needs in the risk and insurance market, makes it essential for Aon eSolutions to have established priorities for medium- and long-term product development. Although it is important to note that the specific focus and timelines of the products and services described in this section are subject to change, they do represent some of our most important product development priorities. Each has been selected based on client input, analysis of technology capabilities and marketplace trends and needs. Each is being developed with substantial client input, including, in most cases, client alpha and beta testing. The result, we fully expect, will be a vibrant product pipeline that not only meets changing client needs, but also meets those needs in ways that our clients have deemed most essential. As organizations look to improve their safety cultures and enhance compliance with increasingly complex regulatory requirements, enhanced SafetyLogic reporting capabilities will make reporting more interactive, self-generating and accessible whether accessing reports via dashboard, online or offline. Secure, Expanded Data Intake Solutions The secure, expanded data intake solutions in RiskConsole will provide clients the ability to enter data in RiskConsole without a username or password—without sacrificing data security. Because the transmission of any data is as secure as the rest of the RiskConsole system (arguably the most secure in the industry), clients need not worry about the security of data in transit from the field—such as incident reporting, which can include sensitive personal and medical information—into the RiskConsole system. Moreover, when non-registered users enter data into RiskConsole by means of the expanded intake solutions (which will include mobile-device capabilities), these users will not have access to any information in the system: it will be a highly secure one-way street that improves data-intake options. iVOS Configuration Tool The iVOS Configuration tool, currently under high-priority development, will give iVOS users maximum flexibility to configure iVOS pages and format them (field size, arrangement, etc.) to their liking without having to go through the Aon eSolutions development team. It is also planned that the Configuration tool will take on some page- level security functions. The Configuration tool will be alpha tested by members of the iVOS Client Advisory Board. Moreover, clients will be able to access the alpha tool and provide feedback on functionality, performance and other factors. In a later phase of the Configuration tool, Aon eSolutions intends to give clients the ability to create, with certain limitations, new pages using the tool.
