7 FAQ Registration Fees Register today to receive Early Bird pricing of US$1000 for an All-Access pass before the rate expires on July 21st. Past this date, the All-Access pass will cost US$1250, and after September 15th, the price increases to US$1395. Your Experience conference fee includes: § Ventiv Beach Party on Tuesday evening (on-property) § Client Event at Epcot Theme Park on Wednesday § IllumiNations Cocktail & Dessert Reception at Epcot Theme Park on Wednesday evening § Breakfast and lunch on Wednesday § Breakfast and lunch on Thursday § Refreshments throughout the Conference Guests A special guest package will be offered that entitles your guest to attend the Ventiv Beach Party on Tuesday for US$35 and/or the and the IllumiNations & Dessert Reception at Epcot for US$150. Your guest must attend the events with you. Since alcoholic beverages will be provided at the Tuesday and Wednesday night functions, children are not permitted. Guests are not permitted access to any sessions, breakfasts or lunches, or any other activities that are reserved for attendees with full event registration. Cancellation/Substitution Policy Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on or before Friday, September 29th for a full refund. No refunds will apply to cancellations received after Friday, September 29th. Substitutions from within the same company will be permitted if requested in writing. Special Needs Please indicate on the registration form if you have any special dietary needs or other special requirements. The rate includes complimentary guest room wireless, bottled water, access to fitness center and US$25 off spa services of US$100 or more at The Mandara Spa. You may utilize this rate for 3 days before and 3 days after the Conference, pending availability. Please be sure to book early. This special rate expires on Monday, September 25, 2017! Reservations must be made by the stated cut-off date to ensure room rate and availability. To change your reservation or to cancel, please contact the hotel directly. Transportation Getting to Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is easy. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport and there are taxis and Ubers available. The rate for a taxi from the airport to the property is on-average US$60.75. Once you are on- property, there are free shuttles and water taxis to take you to any of the parks.
