The GDPR and Your Organization: How the EU's Forthcoming Data Protection Regulations Impact Even U.S.-Based Businesses When it takes effect in May 2018, the European Union's Global Data Protection Regulation will be the world's strictest, farthest-reaching set of data-privacy regulations ever promulgated. If your company has European operations, you will be subject to the GDPR. Even if you only do business in the EU or with EU companies, your business is still impacted—and if your business is found noncompliant and the EU can't reach you, there are measures in place to penalize your suppliers or customers. That's how far-reaching the GDPR is, and the potential for fines dwarfs anything we've ever seen. This session will cover the GDPR, what it means for your company and how to be sure you're compliant. Becoming a Result-Driven Claims Operation: Defining and Implementing Automation in iVOS Effective process automation empowers examiners to focus on claim resolution. How? By making communication consistent; relieving them of clerical duties and increasing their productivity with certain tasks. The session will cover how to implement automation and measure success. Learn how to identify automation needs, including defining tasks that are suitable for automation, such as form letters, document management, diary creation, email generation, claim assignment, auto reserving, report generation and distribution and batch processing. Directors and managers, examiners and system administrators are invited to join this session. CMS Reporting iVOS 5 has several options when it comes to CMS reporting. Our most common is to use our integrated CMS reporting module and self-administer the CMS reporting. In addition, there are advanced reporting options now including integration with business partners that can provide added value to our solution such as Franco Signore, ISO Claim Partners, etc. We will review the additional benefits associated with this type of integration.
