Using the Dashboard Designer, users can easily create compelling dashboards to visualize different aspects of their iVOS data. In this hands-on session, you'll learn how to use the Dashboard Designer to create dashboards from Ad Hoc Views, Reports and Static Reports. This session is intended for intermediate to advanced iVOS users. iVOS Central Output: Streamline the Creation and Distribution of Documents From a Claim Do you get requests to provide a copy of all claim documentation? Do you have to send letters to claimants? Do you have a central location for printing and mailing, or are those tasks done within each adjusting office? Central Output is a way to streamline the creation and distribution of documents from a claim. This session is designed for any iVOS user— from examiner to system administrator to manager or director—responsible for the creation and distribution of documents from within iVOS. Attendees will learn how to cost effectively produce and distribute documents and improve workflows. This session will also cover how iVOS users can effectively utilize the Claim Mail functionality. In this hands-on session, you'll learn how you can use this flexible mail-merge tool to save time and help automate the document creation process. You'll practice creating Correspondence Masters, Attachments and Custom Correspondence Variables. This session is intended for intermediate to advanced iVOS users. Is Your Business Claims…or IT? Another Look at Ventiv Hosting of iVOS More than half of iVOS clients are Ventiv-hosted, and the ranks are growing. Perhaps it's time for your organization to reconsider your iVOS hosting decision. This session is designed for directors and managers as well as system administrators. Directors and managers will learn how Ventiv hosting improves application performance while eliminating internal IT dependency.
